The Belmar Marina is one of the premiere marinas along the Atlantic coast. Less than a half-mile from the ocean, with 7' mean low water depth, floating cement docks, full security and services, there is no better place to tie up. The marina’s amenities include state-of-the-art concrete floating docks, 5-minute boat access to the ocean, deep channels, more than 70 dedicated transient slips, and a modern, secure and well-maintained “comfort station” with restrooms, showers and coin-operated laundry facilities. We have also refurbished our pier, installed a new floating dock, and added a new ramp that is big enough for two boats to utilize at the same time, making it faster and easier for boaters to enjoy their experience at Belmar Marina. Also, we have added a second comfort station in the northern marina for boaters to use at their convenience.

New this year to the Belmar Marina is the 9th Ave Pier—a new tiki bar/restaurant for residents and tourists alike to enjoy. The restaurant itself is located amongst the commercial fishing boats and personal slips. Patrons can easily look out over the water of the Shark River Inlet and observe recreational and commercial water activity while enjoying dinner and live entertainment. The 9thAvenue Pier Restaurant is comprised of a portable kitchen, a raw bar, a rectangular bar, and seating arrangements looking out on every angle of the Shark River Inlet. An additional hexagonal bar will be added in the upcoming weeks. In August 2012, the Belmar Marina will be opening a brand new mini-golf course for families and friends to enjoy. Patrons will be able to enjoy the picturesque views of the boats, water, and sun while participating in a fun game of put-put.  Belmar Marina is only steps away from our town’s downtown and its many shops and restaurants, from casual to fine dining. Belmar’s magnificent beaches are a mere 8 blocks away—a short and easy walk that will take you though the residential neighborhoods of this quaint and beautiful town. For non-boat owners, Belmar is home to one of the largest and most modern party and charter boat fleets in New Jersey. Party boats offer ½ and full day fishing trips that accommodate fishermen and women of all levels. Come catch your dinner and enjoy a fun and relaxing day on the beautiful Atlantic. Also, for those who prefer to fish in the harbor or the inlet, outboard motor boats and rowboats are available for rent.
