The Mayor & Council appoints the Borough Administrator. He is responsible for carrying out the Mayor & Council's decisions and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
The Administrator:
Directs and supervises all department directors
Oversees all employee contracts and negotiations
Recommends to the Mayor & Council such measures as may appear necessary or desirable for the purpose of improving the efficiency and the economy of the Borough
Reviews the administration and operation of each department
