Please click the link below to file for a Winter, Annual or Summer Rental License as well as a Title Transfer for property sales.

Once you click on the link you will be brought to the SDL Portal page and will be required to create an account by clicking Sign Up in the top right corner. Make sure you select Belmar in the Primary Town box. After you create your account you will be able to complete the appropriate form and keep track of its progress. Plus there's so much more you will be able to view and apply for.
