Per Borough Ordinance 16-8, it is unlawful for any person to dispose of garbage,kitchen refuse or similar matter through the sewage system.

The following items should not be flushed or dumped into the sewage system: rags,paper towels, wipes, toilet paper rolls, cigarettes, feminine products, diapers, cottonitems.
