Zumba

Location: Taylor Pavilion, Ocean Ave between 5th and 6th Aves

ZUMBA Fitness by Marisa Cirasella.

Class will provide modified low impact moves for older adults or those who prefer a lower intensity workout while still incorporating many of the regualr ZUMBA dance/fitness routines set to Latin and international rhythms. This class will strive to improve balance, strength, endurance, flexibillty, and mostly importantly, the heart.

Classes are $5 each. CLASSES ARE FREE TO ALL BELMAR AND LAKE COMO RESIDENTS WITH ID SHOWING RESIDENCY
