Zumba

Location: Taylor Pavilion, 500 Ocean Ave

ZUMBA Fitness by Marisa Cirasella.

Class will provide modified low impact moves for older adults or those who prefer a lower intensity workout while still incorporating many of the regular ZUMBA dance/fitness routines set to Latin and international rhythms. This class will strive to improve balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, and mostly importantly, the heart.

Classes are $5 each. CLASSES ARE FREE TO ALL BELMAR AND LAKE COMO RESIDENTS WITH ID SHOWING RESIDENCY
