AUCTION OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT

            Notice is hereby given that an On-Line Public Auction will be Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 9:00am (EST) and shall begin closing on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 7:00pm (EST) with each item closing in one-minute intervals.  Bids may be subject to a three (3) minute extended bid.  Preview date is Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 10am-2pm.

            Items for sale and disposition, as well as details of the auction, including preview date, can be found online at www.usgovbid.com.  All bidders are required to electronically register for bidding on this site.  All bidders participating in this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined on the site and agree to be bound thereby.

            All sales will be made to highest bidder and shall be final and sold in an “as is, where is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty.  The payment terms of the sale are posted on the auctioneer’s website.  All items must be removed from Borough property within five (5) business days of the close of the auction.  The Borough of Belmar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
