Borough of Belmar is seeking an experienced individual for the position of Human Resources Manager. The individual will administer all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to benefits coordination, Civil Service Commission processes, personnel matters for all employees (active and retired) and payroll processing. Applicant should possess a B.A. in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience or 5-10 years of professional experience in personnel. Applicant must have an ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and digital correspondence as well as multitask in the HR role.
